Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Alain, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday) after confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday evening, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Areas & Fees

  • We deliver across all seven Emirates. Delivery charges depend on whether your area falls under our Standard or Remote/Western Region zone:
  • Standard Areas — AED 15 Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, Mussafah, Dubai (all main areas), Jebel Ali, Sharjah City, Al Dhaid, Al Madam, Ajman City, RAK City, Al Nakheel, Fujairah City, Umm Al Quwain City.
  • Remote / Western Region Areas — AED 25 Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Ghayathi, Liwa, Sila, Mirfa, Delma Island (Abu Dhabi); Hatta (Dubai); Khor Fakkan, Kalba, Dibba Al-Hisn (Sharjah); Masfut (Ajman); Masafi, Khatt, Digdaga, Al Jazirah Al Hamra (Ras Al Khaimah); Dibba Al-Fujairah, Al Aqah, Bithnah, Al Hayl, Al Badiyah, Tawain (Fujairah); Falaj Al Mu’alla (Umm Al Quwain).
  • Free shipping applies to all orders above AED 250, regardless of zone.
  • At checkout, enter your city/area and the correct delivery fee will be calculated automatically. If your area is not listed above, contact us before ordering to confirm we can deliver to you.
  • Areas we do not currently deliver to: Nahwa (Sharjah exclave). If you are located in this area, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
  • Western region or remote areas 7-10 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most areas. A small COD handling fee may apply. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us directly for a status update at any time.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional fee.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video of the package while unboxing product. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our [Terms & Conditions].
