  • Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • We accept online card payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas.
  • Stripe, Apple pay, Gpay, paypal, bank transfer, Gcash, visa, Master card accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

All products sold by Cheng Beauty UAE are sourced to be 100% authentic. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or tampered products.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and personal care products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video evidence of parcel opening, and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
  • Refunds for approved returns are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, or as store credit if paid via COD.

Cheng Beauty UAE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
